the science behind it is because it released endorphins (like our endogenous opioid compounds) which also serve to dampen emotional pain.

Yeah smoking is nice too but I guess I don’t like feeling like I’m not in control and pain makes me feel in control

ive never greened out with pens, i feel like it’s really easy to control the high with them

Lol for me being anything but sober feels like I’m not in control bc it makes me feel the same way I do when I’m disassociating uncontrollably and I hate that feeling-
