I’ve seen this situation so many times and in the end you just have to present the couple with 3 options: 1. Boyfriend can’t come over more than 3 times a week/whatever the lease allows via their guest policy 2. He gets on the lease and pays his portion of the bills, and I mean an actual portion not a part of hers 3. You get the landlord involved and have her fined for violating the guest policy at best
