That’s wild. Idk if I want to even see it. In the book, I even thought Linton was supposed to be an emasculated blonde man if I remember right.

Don’t even bother watching it, it’s all nonsense. Like even if she didn’t have any ill intentions, you can’t “colorblind cast” an adaptation for a book that discusses racial dynamics at the time.
