If you like protein bars, I recommend quest protein bars, they contain 20g of protein + 12g of fiber

You can also make “chia seeds pudding” if you enjoy yogurt! Take some chia seeds and mix them into yogurt and let them sit over night and then you can add your toppings in the morning!

I use Greek as well! What toppings do you use? I personally like a little peanut butter, honey, and whatever dried fruit I have on hand for texture

They are kinda pricy, but you can get those discounted at Sam’s Club or Costco. I love the cookies and crème flavor
