well now i’m not gonna say it 🗿 but this is a mantis shrimp & their punches are about the same speed as a bullet and a force 2,500 times their own weight. if a human had the same speed/strength, a single punch could break a steel wall. i like watching videos of them punching their meals because it’s a “THWACK” sound and then they grab their meal

if they have colic (horse version of a stomach ache) and it’s stuck they give them meds to pass it and if they don’t there are other things they can do and if that doesn’t work they have to get surgery but it can kill them.

so basically if they become impacted meaning they can’t poop or pas gas or anything you’re kind of screwed because it starts to cut off blood supply from their GI tract.
