So sorry but the one thing I’m a huge Karen about is when ppl in food service don’t take allergies seriously. Idgaf if it’s a “joke” don’t say ur giving someone full sugar when they asked for sugar free

Or dairy when they ask for an alternative or gluten when they ask for gluten free. Idgaf if it seems trivial someone could genuinely die and I hate when ppl joke about it 😭

Happened to me as a barista in a rush. Before they grabbed it I like regained consciousness from being in robot mode and went “WAIT WAIT WAIT IT HAS WHOLE MILK IN IT”

As a server I always make sure to clearly write in allergies on tickets bc NOBODY is having a reaction on my watch 😤
