
Start your day out with a good protein heavy breakfast so you don’t get hungry again too soon. It’s also good for energy. And make sure you have a good idea of how much you’re eating. For example you could be eating multiple servings of pasta when you think you’re having one. Exercising more is good but get a handle on your food before your body starts getting hungry for more.
yes ofc <3 if you do get on it idk how much your doctor will tell you (mine said nothing lol) but it’s soo important to stay hydrated. also focus on eating protein/fiber, they’ll give you the most nutrition and help keep you from feeling sick! and ofc stay away from heavy/greasy foods and also raw vegetables bc they’re all hard to digest. if you have any other questions lmk!
