From what I’ve heard abt poly stuff, it doesn’t always have to be even, it’s just that everyone’s needs need to be met- if first guy is chill with hanging out as a group, just go a group + 1on1 time with one of em! Or maybe do group stuff before the holiday and spread em out afterwards? Or tell them that ur stressed and u can figure it out together!
