Are you wanting to start with a more natural look? I would start with concealer (or tinted moisturizer/bb cream), mascara, blush, and whatever you prefer on your lips. My roommate wanted to start with very basic stuff so I got her the elf monochromatic multi stick - you can use it with your hands as blush, eyeshadow, and on your lips. It’s just one product and comes in natural tones so it’s easy to use and hard to mess it up

I would start out with a primer, moisturizer, foundation, concealer, liquid eyeliner, mascara, a small eyeshadow pallet (I think The Nudes by Maybelline are a good place to start, can get them from Walmart), a brow pencil, clear mascara (can use for brows), lip liner + lip stick + lip gloss, blush (can put off learning bronzer for a while or forever), setting spray
