If he likes f1 I recommend those Lego f1 cars then just like handmade gifts. I personally love those jars that are filled with like “coupons” so like if he wants a kiss or a massage and stuff like that he can use coupons.

i make us matching bracelets, i make little kiss cards, one of my favorite things to do is also print out and annotate the lyrics of our favorite songs

homemade gifts are the way to go then! make “love coupons” like free back rub, movie night, you make him dinner/breakfast, romantic walk, etc. maybe a scrapbook of some kind, although those are mainly anniversary things.
