If you’re talking about the Charlie thing, I talked with a couple friends who said a few different things, but the general consensus around my area is that the CEO was the head of a business TOLD to deny people’s claims and costing people their money and lives. This guy was VERY vocal with opinions and basically got shot for saying shit people didn’t like

for me it’s related to the public response—i think our country is getting further divided every day and it just feels like a breaking point of violence. the ceo shooting was less construed to be “one political party vs the other” and i just have this pit of dread that we’re heading towards another civil war
