dude this has been my experience on adhd meds as of late and lowkey you just need to force feed yourself it sucks but your stomach will be happier

I suggest a juice/soft foods cleanse. Veggie and fruit Smoothies, juices, yogurt, Gatorade/powerade, and lots of water. It reset my stomach and now I don’t feel sick at the thought of eating

canned protein shakes saved my life on this!! high in protein so you stop feeling so deliriously hungry after a few sips, and it’s liquid so you don’t even have to spend energy chewing :)

What I like to do is eat one or two bites of something, or just sip some water. Then the nausea will subside enough to just feel hungry again
