Me too girl here’s some tips: Buy some simple snacks!! Preferably things with not too much sugar ofc but some ice cream is fine it has good fat in it for you:) Eating rice! You can add whatever you want to it, I get little microwaved rice bowls, like eggs crab meat chicken ect. Easy way to get your calories in You can add more calories to a salad by adding dressing and meat! Also if you really can’t eat (idk you’re ED so this may or may not be helpful) but getting some protein bars-
I feel that it’s really hard but once you do gain weight I’m going to tell you it makes your body feel so much better like being able to stand and do dishes w/o being dizzy is so nice so just focus on all the stuff you can do now! What you can do in the future! My current goal is to be healthy enough to go to the gym so I can fight men :)
