Just because she doesn’t like you doing something doesn’t mean she doesn’t like it when someone else does it. And it’s not even the same thing. Making out is not arm-on-shoulder. She just didn’t like you, dude. It sucks, especially if it was a quick break up and because she was more attracted to someone else (which is asshole behavior on her part imo, everyone should give their partners some grace) but that’s not hypocrisy it’s just preferences.
