
eat nutrient dense food, minimal junk, and move your body. doesn’t have to be crazy powerlifting or running a marathon, just move your body as much as possible whenever you’re not having to be sat at a desk. dance, walk, swim, play hopscotch, do squats or run in place while you wait for your food in the microwave. fitting movement in is super important. if you want to lose more quickly, build muscle. muscle burns more calories at rest
