I’m not scared to talk on the phone when I had to for my job but in my personal life I’m terrified. Idk why that is.

i'm this way bc if it's for work i have a script and a purpose and i know when to end the convo but in my personal life i have no clue what to say, how to say it, when to end the conversation, when to speak etc
