it's so weird i never used to get nausea responses to stress but now it happens so frequently and my eating habits are horrible because of it...

the only thing that got me out of this phase was time and forcing myself to eat 3 meals a day even if i was nauseous and even if it was just a small snack. and also exercise. but meds are also a fix if that doesn't help
