Please tell me there’s a way to do this without the lifelong joint destruction that comes with running
Is this the runners high they speak about?
Strength train, stretch, drink water, wear proper shoes and socks, warm up and cool down
I guess I meant is there a way to do this without running bc my joints will be obliterated regardless
yoga is also good for emotional release!
Runners high is before it’s like a euphoric feeling like your legs are moving but you don’t feel it you’re just vibing to your music
I like started crying bc I got to 11 miles and just started bawling while I was running it felt so good
i’ll be honest i’ve never reached a runners high, all i get is runners pain and depression
No that’s what I’m sayinggg like runners high is such a myth I’ll never be convinced
