Once I got a dicidual cast (full lining of uterus fell out at once) as a side effect of my birth control and my mom thought I had a miscarriage. I ended up getting grounded because I told my mom that I had indeed had sex recently

Always take a test if you’re concerned! If something big enough to be noticed comes out, a pregnancy test will be positive for a bit if you were pregnant. Most of the time, it’s just a piece of uterine lining.
