I’ve heard of upstairs neighbors being loud and annoying, but never downstairs.. so tell me why I get home and my downstairs neighbor is blasting edm full volume. I can feel the bass… and it’s 4pm

Oh loud downstairs neighbors is definitely a thing. I share an old house where I’m on the top floor and they regularly play the TV so loud I can literally identify the exact film they’re watching
