this happened to my neighborhood :( I’m sure they felt the same when our houses were built but at least they were a respectable size with trees and such and deer still around. now there’s nothing

No fr, me and my bf were looking at a property with land and it was bought out by a contractor. Now it’s being built for housing and turning into an HOA. They’ve been complaining on Facebook that no one is buying the lots they have on it, when in reality it’s over 500k to build a small house on the property they bought.
