When I worked at the animal hospital and we had this dog that died the owner called me 2 days later asking to say good things about her bc she wants a new puppy since her dog is gone and put in a new adoption application. Me and the dr were like absolutely not😭😭😭 you better grieved and your overfed the last dog gtfo

I have kinda done the same thing. After a breakup I realized how much I missed having a guy care about me and opened three online dating profiles. It was an incredible lapse of judgment and my friends shame me a lot for it.

idk why your friends shamed you for it. yes you should grieve a relationship but you were single so there was no moral problem in opening those apps? either way this isn’t the same as losing a pet though😭
