Romanticize the darkness with fairy lights, cozy comfy pajamas, throw blankets, and a cozy hobby like reading or gaming or crocheting. Also find a new show that you love and watch some every night for something to look forward to

Go outside when you can, stay active, and consider taking vitamin d supplements and/or getting a light therapy/seasonal depression lamp
