Dehumidifier if it’s old construction (a dehumidifier/air purifier combo is ideal) 1-2 extra sets of sheets House slippers if it’s tile or wood Fridge locks because I’ve had issues with apartment fridges popping open Shelves on shelves on shelves (you will need the storage!)
