I’m pescatarian so I cooked this for today, reminds me of growing up (I just cooked the whole head of cabbage and the whole bag of potatoes. Not gonna be able to finish all them)
Queen I wish someone told me this for the years I wasn't eating meat, if you aren't on top of ur iron I would start taking heme iron supplements

You know what, you’re right bc I’m supposed to be doing a daily multivitamin (my doctor is
mostly concerned with my vitamin D level) but I haven’t stocked up since I ran out months ago. I used to work for a vitamin manufacturing company too so my vitamins all used to be free 😩

Yeah I really don't think iron from a multivitamin is gonna cut it.. I'd recommend maybe one proferrin a day, it takes a very long time to raise levels so I wouldn't worry about excessive iron

For ethical reasons, I was also trying not to eat dairy and eggs. But I just can't do it anymore :(
