I’ve had a ruptured ovarian cyst before! While I have never given birth I’d say the pain was pretty similar to when I had appendicitis. I went to the ER and they basically just told me to go home and tough it out 🤷‍♀️ it’d already ruptured by the time I got to the hospital, since i was at school when it happened
