no it’s not, i think the people who say it is didn’t do it correctly. i learned how to trigger my pressure points and use my gua sha cold and make sure i push the drainage all the way down. i start at the bottom of my face but most people start at the top and work their way down. i do it 4 times a week but starting to do it every morning now. i’ve definitely seen a difference under my face and how my eyes look bigger
i gained weight too and my face got the same way ): sucks esp before you’re on your period. the gua sha really helped me not be all stuffed up and tbh you feel good after you do it too. you can gua sha your arms, belly, legs, all your body. lymphatic drainage can make a big difference and can be noticeable too
