I have overplucked mine damn near to how thin girls used to do it in the early 2000s for months or years at a time and the stragglers that grow in way below my actual brow are STILL there. I wish that myth wasn’t a myth

i have a theory that this only applies if you’re going through puberty. my grandmother had hers tattooed on bc she was a victim of being a teen in the 60s-70s, but me and my mom haven’t had this issue thus far

My great aunt plucked my mom’s eyebrows too much when she was 15 and they never grew back. They’re tattooed now since she was in her 30s. There’s legit like 6 hairs

My mom started my unibrow plucking early (though i also hit puberty early, but probably a year difference there) and it still grows in, though maybe more sparse than the parts that I started doing later in life now that i think of it!

that’s really cool! i didn’t start plucking mine until about 2 years ago and i haven’t noticed a difference AT ALL!! but i also have my (sicilian) father’s genes lol
