Same my voice is gone and I can barely hear but I FEEL fine

I’ve had bronchitis for two weeks and I also managed to get pink eye for part of it 😭 I’m a singer and it’s causing me to keep losing my voice. I had to miss thanksgiving yesterday cause I could expose the immunocompromised people there to whatever I have :( I just started my antibiotics
