Flaming hot take but we need to stop pretending like plastic surgery is empowering. It’s a completely optional surgery to change your appearance to fit the beauty standard and there’s nothing empowering about it. Yes do what you want with your body but -

i mean idk i just think if it makes em happy sure. most people ive met who have gotten work done are honest about it and dont glorify it or push it on others, thats what matters

I think that it can be empowering, at least in my case. I didn’t do it to adhere to a beauty standard though. It was a feature I hate my whole life, before I even knew what beauty standards were. I feel more confident, am more outgoing and leave my house after years of hiding. Idk. Just my own experience.

My nose, I also have had a small amount of cheek filler as well.
