I would love to lose ~7lbs a month, does anyone have any recommendations for how to do this? I’m going to start working out and cutting fast food/junk food but idk if that’s enough. I need to commit. I’m also going to take a min. Month T break off weed

I’m personally on a glp-1 and it helps a lot, but it’s not the right option for everyone. Talk to your doctor though, they’ll have better advice for your body :)

Up your steps to boost metabolism. Up fiber intake. To back up #3, you should feel a bit hungry, drink lots water if you are, if you still feel hungry you can eat. Lifting weights helps body burn fat at rest. Personally I like jersey mikes cold sub #2 reg, it’s about 600-700cals, I eat half for lunch half for dinner sometimes Dont eat after 6pm

Drink more water instead of sugary stuff, it’s amazing how many calories you drink. Always having sugar free gum on me helped too because I could chew gum instead of mindlessly snacking. Be intentional- eat meals instead of snacks throughout the day too

Accept youre going to feel hungry, its effort, treat it as such. Know when to eat, and when not to. Its about you being in control of your body, not your body being in control of you.

Yeah my issue is with adhd I don’t really get hungry nor do I get full (until I’m stuffed), I should get on some adhd meds but I don’t have a primary physician right now

Honestly I have adhd as well and you’ll figure out what works best for you and your schedule, you can stop at 8pm but it can’t be a heavy meal cause if you eat a lot before you sleep you’ll wake up hungry asf and if you start your day hungry asf you might end up indulging throughout the day

I’m the same way! Keeping chewing gum and my water bottle on me all the time really helped, plus it’s better for your teeth
