do NOT scare urself by the horror stories!! I was so close to backing out bc of how painful they said it was. Honestly for me I took my painkillers and ate before hand I was back to feeling 100% after the procedure. YOU GOT THIS

don’t use a menstrual cup it can like suction it out of place. the insertion will hurt so plan to have an easy day after. you’ll prolly bleed lightly for a few weeks after insertion so buy a pack of panty liners.
