i keep doing things For People with the expectation somehow in my life it’ll be repaid and that literally has not happened Once so i don’t know why i keep being delusional

No that’s valid because we’re always told about karma and putting good out into the world so we get it back. There’s nothing wrong with being frustrated especially if you don’t receive the same type of support back from friends/family
