Wait I want to do this but I’m scared about costs and also I don’t know what I’m doing. We probably have different insurance but did insurance cover most of it and what were costs like if I can ask?

So I went a weird route around it, I should’ve gone to my gyno but I asked my PCP about it, I just voiced my concerns bc painful heavy periods, hirsutism and very bad IUD experience. she ordered bloodwork for my testosterone, that was elevated, so I was referred to my practice’s fertility department. Had appointment with them, more bloodwork, ultrasounds. Had to get a second opinion for my diagnosis personally as the person evaluating my results did not seem to understand it very much so I —

Went to my gyno with my scans and bloodwork. So yeah start with your gyno, it’s just bloodwork and ultrasounds !
