Increase protein. Low impact workouts like lifting weights (5lbs is heavy enough). Walking is best. Low carb/sugar diet helps with symptoms like unwanted facial hair growth , weight gain, etc. Some medications might work and others might not. I got extremely sick on spironolactone but I am able to tolerate low dose metformin. You can still get pregnant with PCOS it is not โ€œ natureโ€™s birth control โ€œ.

I guess it depends what your specific problems were as a result of pcos i think and what you want to target? Idk Iโ€™m not a doctor and havenโ€™t taken anything else for it. You could always reevaluate if you give it a chance and arenโ€™t happy w it

And and sorry I keep going on and on, but I think they can take similar amounts of times to work and some people see results a lot sooner than others. I swore it wasnโ€™t working at first bc some other people were seeing results a lot quicker but give it the full three months.
