
Idk how old u are but as u approach ur 20s and especially mid 20s, youll probably learn that some things in your body are out of whack and need to be addressed. If you have health insurance, talk to a dr about ur weight gain. There may be an underlying cause. Mine was PCOS and insulin resistance. Best of luck
