There’s no DIY way to induce a period, since it’s scheduled by ovulation, but if it’s been since November, it’s time to induce it with medication. Ask your healthcare provider to prescribe a course of synthetic progesterone to mimic your luteal phase; when you finish the course, you’ll experience a drop in hormones, just like for a period, and have a bleed. It’s important to do this to keep uterine lining thickening in check. Unless there’s a hormonal medication at play safely stopping periods.
