
raw veggies and cruciferous veg might not be super easy on your tummy, but you’re gonna want gentle non-fermenting fiber to bulk and bind your stool back up. the BRAT diet might be best for the first couple days, but just play it by ear and try to avoid very acidic, spicy or otherwise irritating foods and go easy on caffeine, avoid alcohol.
what kind of sick were you? if u had lots of diarrhea or something i’d focus mainly on drinking lots of water to regain hydration. if not and you’re popping regularly you should be fine. but everyone should be trying to incorporate fiber into their diets anyway unless u have ibs or something
hmmm if that’s the case, i would eat foods very low in fiber like bananas, toast, and rice. if you’re not allergic ofc. crackers also ease the stomach but i believe they also have a low fiber percentage. diarrhea is known to last even after your initial sickness is gone so i’d just keep an eye out
