Update The a/c was out. Dehydration did not help. I powered through my shift but I feel awful now

I’m starting back work today after the doctor told me to take a week off while being sick. I still feel so nauseated 😭. I almost vomited while I was getting ready for work today. But I gotta push through. I’m scared I’m gonna get sick on the clock😭
