
I lost a parent 4 years ago so I can tell you that’s not abnormal. So don’t feel like you’re weird for feeling that way. The numbness is your brain tryin to protect you but you do sometimes have to let it out. You’re doing good. There’s no right way to grieve honestly. If you have a community- other family and friends- let them be there for you. It really just takes time. You never get over it but I can tell you that you do learn to adjust and keep going.
