
yeah but it’s 2026 and your phone number is tied to EVERYTHING - accounts, emails, shopping, postal service, fed student aid, etc. trust me, i’ve been a victim. do NOT give your phone number out willy-nilly to men. changing my phone number was a BITCH of a chore and all bc a man got upset with me. 😐
i used to have a system for dating app communication. talk to me on the dating app and eventually i’d move them to snapchat. both to see if their pics were from like 7 years ago and to see if he’s trustworthy or compatible. then MAYBE they would graduate to getting my phone number AFTER already meeting once!!! it was the safest way to do it while living alone, plus sooooo many men couldn’t make it through that filter system i had set up. 😂 granted i only used dating apps for 14 days at a time
