Palm itches are still the worst imo, scratching them with my teeth can only do so much🥲

dude I get hives there. one time it was so bad I got up on the sink at school and put my feet in there. like degenerate behavior but I was losing it. so sorry to any classmates that saw that. i am on different pills now

the only thing that helps is pressing it against the corner/sides of furniture, feel like a bear needing to use a tree instead of my hands-
