the pills work perfect for me it’s not for everyone but i’ve never had a single negative side effect

i’m on the patch and i love it. i don’t really gaf about it being visible but ik that might be a turn off for some people, it’s just nice to not have to remember a pill or anything

Each method is out there because it’s the right one for someone. How reliably do you think you could take a daily dose? Are there particular side effects you’re especially hoping to have or not have?

you change it every week and then one week off. but it’s easy just take the old patch off, put a new one on, repeat next week
