anyone got tips for staying cool at night? i have two fans going, ac is on 68° but my room stays around 75°-78°. i sleep in minimal clothes with no blankets on top of me bc i get so hot at night and im tired of being so sweaty

Is your door opened? Try that and put a fan in the doorway.

Keep door cracked, fans near door and you, sleep with shorts and a tee shirt, trust. Let yourself get comfy as you can be, it’ll be hotter. But then stick your feet and legs out
