Hell no i left during my lunch break never came back. I’ve had coworkers say they’re grabbing something from their car and never come back. If you actually liked the place and want them as a reference ppl do the two weeks.

My old manager is upset I didn’t give a 2 weeks notice. It was an awful work environment. I don’t give a darn about my rehireability. I will not be working there again. None of you would be good references either so I’m not losing anything.
