meeee. my brain has decided that lunch is “to much to deal with” this semester. and i have never been one to eat breakfast even as a kid. so now im just eating dinner.

Your body goes into starvation mode when you do that. It doesn’t understand it’ll ever get food again so your body holds onto every ounce of fat you have. Some people fast to loose weight but it does the opposite. Breakfast is breaking the fast yk. It’s important to eat in the morning

i know you’re trying to help but babe i have never eaten breakfast in my 21 years of living 😭i tried to do that when i first started college and it made me feel sick. it’s just not for me.
