The only caveat here is I don’t know that much abt construction, but my parents own properties, so surely they would know the basics

Also my idea is that I would sell everything too old and things we don’t use, then just Reno the house with the money we get from selling things. Also people around me, I’ve noticed, on Facebook marketplace give away a lot of free things so I think this would go fairly well
