no one has to feel sympathy for anything. normalize ambivalence. you can logically be like “yeah that’s wrong” and truly not give a fuck & that’s okay. we don’t know this man personally & his words were shitty. the feelings one has towards him don’t change at the drop of a hat.

kirk actively sided with israel’s genocide of palestinian civilians. he actively advocated for trump’s presidency and thus policies which have increased US involvement with Israel and involved the US in a genocide. more than just complicit, he SUPPORTED violent action against palestinians.
