
I’m going through the same thing atm. Biggest thing that’s been helping me has been to distract myself while eating. So like watch something or talk to people while eating. Also tiny snacks throughout the day. Set alarms every few hours and eat snacks like nuts, fruits, even chocolate or popcorn. I’ve been just snacking while watching a tv show or movie to get my mind off of it and it’s been helping some! I hope this helps :)
