update: he couldn’t find his keys after break so he took my car. then he was driving one of the company trucks and hit another car. he called me hyperventilating and freaking out. please give me ideas to make his day a bit better. i feel bad

bf is like an hr late for work. his alarm never went off. i feel really bad. he’s never done anything wrong. always on time. sometimes works during lunch. i literally want to throw up for him. i can’t imagine what would happen if i didn’t randomly wake up

final update: he walked out bc he knew he wouldn’t pass the drug test. he came home and completely let it all out. i let him cry it all out. he told me only drivers get drug tested so he’s just very disappointed in himself bc all he uses his own for is to eat/sleep

they’re drug testing him and he does have a pen he hits. he hasn’t hit it since last night but he hits it to help him go to sleep. idk how that all works bc i don’t do it but idk how long it stays in his system either.

he works out, drinks water and gatorade everyday. but i don’t even know if that helps

If he uses it consistently every day it takes a couple weeks - up to a month or more for heavy usage (multiple times a day every day) 😔

his boss said she’s out it down as voluntary leave bc she had no reason to fire him (since he didn’t do the test)

it’s been a rough day. i’ve had to contain my emotions. i hate seeing him upset. but i’m glad he can let it out with me. and i just let him talk. we’re playing video games but i can tell he’s out of me.
